Job Description:
A company is looking for a Residential Manager to oversee
operations and staff in providing quality care to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises staff and ensures compliance with safety and health care
procedures
Conducts performance reviews and manages staff training and
recruitment
Monitors service site operations, budgets, and documentation to
ensure quality services
Required Qualifications
One year of supervisory experience required
Previous experience with individuals with acquired brain injuries
preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or
Social Science, or equivalent work experience
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
Working knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local
regulations
