Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to
oversee the delivery and implementation of digital solutions for
customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead implementation programs for complex, multi-service line
technical solutions
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal
resources, ensuring effective communication and project
progress
Develop detailed technical project plans and serve as the Quality
Assurance lead for the digital solutions system
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of project management experience in a matrix and
multi-project environment
3-5 years of experience managing implementations of technical,
enterprise-level systems
Bachelor's degree in Management or related field preferred or
equivalent work experience
Proficiency in Google Workspace and ability to quickly learn
Digital Solution products
PMP Certification preferred and experience with Software
Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes is desirable
