Los Angeles; fully-stocked with snacks, beverages, cold brew. Key
Responsibilities Build lasting, meaningful and enduring
relationships with our key accounts Drive revenue through long-term
partnerships and key account growth Manage and direct strategies
and tactics for the team to execute and line up key performance
indicators and financial objectives including revenue, expenses and
ROI Manage all aspects of the account management revenue
generation/expansion process including continued sales,
communication and negotiation Collaborate with and/or manage
relevant team members including Account Managers, Creator Partner
Managers, and Revenue Operations Utilize marketing and sales
collateral, visual presentations, research reports and sales to
support our clients and help them achieve their objectives
Collaborate with internal teams across multiple departments to
create and deliver creative solutions for clients Providing
reporting, projections and forecasts through multiple techniques
including, competitive and industry analysis, client growth plans
and revenue reports Provide day to day support and strategic
solutions for client needs through entire campaign lifecycle from
pre, during, and post campaigns Understand and become an expert on
Pearpop’s execution process and effectively launch campaigns
Responsible for establishing new relationships with incoming
business development clients and growing long-term relationships
and revenue across this portfolio What You Bring to the Table 7
years experience managing and leading an account management or
similar team in the social and/or creator marketing industry or an
agency or media company A creative and strategic mindset that is
eager to be applied to various business development initiatives on
any given day Proven ability to work autonomously with a proactive
mindset, easily adapting to quickly changing priorities Enthusiasm
for and understanding of creators, brands, their culture and
helping them succeed Strong organizational skills, clear
communicator, and attention to detail that thrive in a fast-paced
environment Passionate, ambitious, resourceful, adaptable, and
humble entrepreneurial spirit Must be a self starter and creative
problem solver Note: Pearpop operates on a hybrid schedule &
candidates need to be located in Los Angeles Compensation
