Great working hours: Monday - Friday Ability to travel within the South Bay area to client locations to perform site surveys and develop client relationships. Responsibilities Research, develop & maintain a database of leads using a variety of sales programs provided by FASTSIGNS. Consultatively sell a variety of signs & graphic products (product training provided), targeting large accounts. Grow an existing database of accounts by cross-selling and being introduced to new buyers through existing contacts. Make a large volume of phone calls and e-mails in order to generate appointments. Perform site surveys, meeting with customers at their place of business, taking measurements and upselling additional graphics when possible. Generate price quotes and follow up quickly. Generate work orders with specifications for items that fulfill customers needs. Work with the team to ensure projects are completed correctly and on-time. Perform other tasks as required to complete projects and achieve customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Desirable Characteristics Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of B2B sales experience. Proven success stories from previous sales experience. Valid Driver's License with good driving record Business-minded. Understands the importance of quality, consistent customer service. Motivated by money, but understands building a relationship for the sake of a long-term partnership is important. General aptitude and mental ability to conduct outside sales. Great attitude, good presence, and energy. Not afraid of rejection and makes people feel at ease. Integrity and a strong work ethic. Ability to multi-task independently with good follow-through.
