Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Analyst, HRIS (Oracle
Recruiting Cloud).
Key Responsibilities
Provide primary support for Recruiting and Talent Management
Optimize system rules, workflows, and capabilities while ensuring
data accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance to enhance data
process efficiencies and manage HRIS projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 10+ years of HRIS experience, specifically with Oracle HCM
Cloud or similar systems
Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms related to employee systems,
benefits, payroll, and recruitment
Experience leading complex multi-functional teams
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
and PowerPoint
