Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Workers Compensation Adjuster
focused on Atlantic seaboard jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate, negotiate, and resolve claims in accordance with
policy provisions and jurisdictional requirements
Manage claims of moderate to high complexity, including informal
hearings and small claims litigation
Identify suspicious claims and collaborate with the Special
Investigations Unit for resolution
Required Qualifications
Must have or secure appropriate state adjuster license(s) and
continuing education credits
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Typically 3 - 10 years of relevant experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in using claims systems and MS Office applications
