A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Medical Call Center
Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Answer a large volume (100+) of calls per day
Update customer information within the system
Provide customers with updates on their requests and process them
accurately
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience handling a large volume of calls (100+ calls/day)
At least 6 months of remote work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
