waiting. Join us. About the Team Supply Chain at Relativity Space
is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the
end-to-end supply chain networks required to manufacture, test, and
launch the cutting edge next generation reusable launch vehicle -
Terran R. Within the Supply Chain org, the Materials Management
team is responsible for the physical and systematic movement of
inventory, including all operations related to shipping, receiving,
logistics, inventory control, material handling, and production
control. As a part of the Materials Management team, you will
ultimately be responsible for inventory accuracy and ensuring
efficient and timely material movement. In this role, you will
become a subject matter expert on the enterprise systems we use
(ERP, MES, etc.) and you will interact with a number of
cross-functional stakeholders and internal customers spanning
various work centers, including but not limited to: Avionics,
propulsion, machine shop, tube shop, additive, and structures &

receiving, storage, and distribution operations for materials and
products at the Long Beach site Own inbound and outbound logistics,
including dock operations, freight coordination, and intercompany
shipments Coordinate closely with Stennis and Cape Canaveral
locations to align logistics processes and optimize material
transfers Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply
Chain to ensure timely and accurate material flow to the factory
Maintain accurate receiving and movement transactions within the
ERP system Build and continuously improve work order fulfillment,
picking, kitting, and line-side delivery processes Identify and
implement opportunities to reduce transportation costs and improve
logistics efficiency, Establish and track logistics KPIs
(dock-to-stock time, on-time delivery, transaction accuracy,
freight cost) Lead logistics-focused continuous improvement
initiatives including material pull systems and value stream
mapping Drive process improvements and system enhancements to
support production rate ramps Provide leadership, coaching, and
performance management for the Receiving & Logistics team What You
Need to Know Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3 years of
people leadership experience in a manufacturing or operations
environment Strong expertise in receiving, material movement,
picking, and kitting operations Hands-on experience using ERP
systems for materials transactions Strong internal customer
orientation and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to
communicate clearly with shop floor teams, leadership, suppliers,
and remote sites Working knowledge of logistics fundamentals Nice
to Haves APICS Certification (CPIM) Experience with export
regulations and intercompany logistics Lean manufacturing or
continuous improvement experience Experience managing high-volume
operations in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with project
