Job DescriptionBrief Job Description / ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest services in the bar area, including:

• Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar
• Helping guests be aware of, and choose menu items, taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their visit
• Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
• Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beveragesEducation Requirements
  • Certificate of Completion for Bartending School, or measurable prior experience
  • Riverside County Health Card
  • California RBS Training CertificationWage / Hour Requirements
    • California Minimum Wage of $14.00 per hour, plus tips
    • Must participate in tip pool
    • Typically work hours 8pm-2am, 7 days a week, but may vary depending on schedule
