Job Description Company Description HIRING MOBILE X-RAY TECHS! We are a well-established MOBILE RADIOLOGY SERVICE looking for an experienced, reliable, and responsible X-ray technician to complete exams in San Diego. We use top-of-the-line ultra-portable machines to provide prompt service to our patients. Technicians will be traveling to different facilities in a company-provided vehicle and be able to perform commonly ordered X-ray exams. Technicians will be compensated a competitive piece rate, and we also offer flexible scheduling as well as vehicle and gas incentives. NOTE: Applicants must be able to clear a background check. We look forward to hearing from you! Role Description This is a part-time on-site role located in San Diego, CA, for an X-ray Technician. The X-ray Technician will be responsible for capturing diagnostic-quality images using radiologic equipment, ensuring radiation safety protocols are strictly followed, preparing patients for procedures, and maintaining equipment. The technician will assist physicians in the diagnostic process through accurate imaging and ensure the proper handling and management of patient records. Qualifications Proficiency in Radiation Safety and adherence to safety standards Certification and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Strong knowledge of Radiology and Radiologic Technology principles and techniques Understanding of medical terminology and familiarity with procedures in a medical setting Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to work effectively in a team in a clinical or hospital setting High school diploma or GED required; completion of an accredited radiologic technology program is preferred
