outstanding opportunity! The Role: As the Director of Philanthropy,
operating under the guidance of our Senior Director of
Philanthropy, you will spearhead efforts to secure major and
planned gifts in support of St. Joseph Hospital’s campaigns and
fundraising priorities. This pivotal role positions you at the
heart of philanthropy, where you will inspire generosity and
champion the hospitals mission. What Youll Do: Fundraising
Visionary: Identify and pursue major funding prospects to propel
the mission of St. Joseph Hospital and achieve the Foundations
fundraising goals. Relationship Architect: Establish, build, and
nurture strong connections with current and potential major gift
donors, bridging ties between the foundation, hospital, and
community. Campaign Conductor: Lead campaigns, and orchestrate
major gift cultivation, recognition, and solicitation meetings and
events. Leadership Catalyst: Manage and engage volunteer and
professional and physician leaders in major gifts and campaign
initiatives. Versatile Contributor: Embrace additional
responsibilities and areas of influence as needed. What Youll
Bring: Educational Background: Bachelors Degree in a related field,
or equivalent experience. Master’s Degree preferred. Experience: 5
years in-depth experience in fund development, major gift
fundraising, campaigns, and gift planning. Strategic Insight:
Advanced analytical skills to devise effective fundraising
strategies and identify contribution sources. Interpersonal
Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively persuade
and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Leadership Excellence: Strong leadership and organizational skills
to guide volunteers, staff, and physicians. Communication
Proficiency: Outstanding verbal and written communication
abilities. Collaborative Spirit: Exceptional teamwork and

minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this
position. The successful candidates placement on the wage range for
this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience
and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range;
additional compensation may be available for this role, such as
shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra
shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Providence offers a
