Key Responsibilities
Lead and organize the project team to define and execute
development plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on solutions and
resolve development issues
Manage partner expectations and communicate proactively on project
changes
Required Qualifications
MS or PhD in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Computational Biology, or
related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in the biotechnology or life sciences
industry
Experience in Program Management and/or Product Development in
diagnostics industry
Experience in product development under design control in a
regulated environment
