The pay range we're offering is starting at $68k annual salary, plus sales/club profit based bonus potential capped at no less than $1,000 per month.

        • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Sports Science, or related field
        • 3-5 years experience in sales and management
        • CPR/AED CertificationResponsibilities
          • As the GM you will never be bored! You get to run all aspects of the club including new member sales production and front desk staff, facilities and operations, member management, and both the personal training and group fitness departments.
          • Make your club a place your community is proud to workout by ensuring the members receive the highest quality of service and facilities.

            • Achieving the financial targets for the club by motivating, leading, supervising and coordinating the activities of employees engaged in servicing our member needs.The LocationSIR Fitness is based in Southern California and our 11 franchise locations include Crunch Garden Grove, Crunch Huntington Beach, Crunch Fountain Valley, Crunch Tustin, Crunch Placentia, Crunch San Clemente, Crunch Vista, Crunch Oceanside, Crunch Carmel Valley, Crunch University Square, Crunch Eastlake. Our clubs are filled with the best strength and cardio equipment in the industry, including a functional training zone with turf, Olympic lifting platforms, group fitness studio, and tons of machines and free weights. We're also proud to offer a Relax and Recover zone with hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and lounge. Some clubs also feature state of the art cycle studios, 3D body scanner and sauna.
