Manager Sr.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a commercial loan portfolio by prospecting new
Agricultural business
Engage and lead team members to identify additional products and
services for clients
Collaborate with commercial clients to assess their business and
financial needs
Required Qualifications
5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in Agricultural
Commercial Bank Sales
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Demonstrated knowledge of credit, bank products, services,
underwriting, and bank operations
Curiosity about how companies operate and what contributes to their
success
