Job Description Job Description Job Title: Facilities Manager Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. This role involves a dynamic range of tasks, from maintenance and repairs to compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including janitorial tasks, maintenance, and repairs. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Oversee ongoing building projects, including renovations, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades. Demonstrate proficiency in fire compliance and hazardous waste management. Complete annual emission reporting and handle worker’s compensation claims. Manage construction projects within a manufacturing environment, coordinating with contractors and vendors. Troubleshoot and repair pumps and air compressors. Essential Skills Facilities maintenance Troubleshooting Maintenance technician Electrical Mechanical OSHA safety EHS management Workers compensation claims Maintenance repair Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field. Experience in facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards. Familiarity with fire compliance, hazardous waste management, and emission reporting. Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
