Job Description Job Description Job description: Industrial Maintenance Technician – Automated Spiral Element Production Equipment Location: Poway, CA Pay: $33–$43/hr $2/hr night shift differential Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:00 PM–2:30 AM About the Role: Toray Membrane USA Inc., a global leader in water treatment technology, is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair Automated Spiral Element Production Equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This is not a facilities maintenance role —applicants with only HVAC, plumbing, or building maintenance experience will not be considered. Responsibilities: Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on automated spiral element production equipment and related machinery. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems . Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams . Document all maintenance activities for compliance and future reference. Qualifications: 3 years hands-on experience with industrial machinery maintenance in a manufacturing environment. Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills; PLC familiarity preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude including gear systems, bearings, actuators, precision alignment techniques, and pneumatic systems. Ability to work night shift and maintain safety standards. Certifications in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
