Job Description:
HNS Services provides building and common area grounds
maintenance for several large HOA properties throughout the San
Diego Area. As the Building & Grounds Maintenance Supervisor- you
will oversee and manage all Maintenance Operations of HNS Services.
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of maintenance
technicians ensuring preventative maintenance and repairs are
completed promptly, perform maintenance and repairs as required,
and manage all work orders assigned by each property.
