Job Description:

A company is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain complex, multi-step customer journeys using Journey Builder
Develop and manage automations with Automation Studio, including data imports and scheduling
Create dynamic email content and establish API integrations with other systems

Required Qualifications

4-5 years of experience managing customer journey projects in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools including Journey Builder and Automation Studio
Expertise in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with data extensions and dynamic content
Ability to QA, troubleshoot, and optimize configurations for performance
