In support of their needs, we are looking for a Patient Access Representative Job Description: Job Title: Patient Access Representative Job Type: Contract Job Location: Chino Hills, CA Work Schedule: On-site Rate: $23.50,Based on experience Job Description:- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Certification: N/A Experience: Family Medicine Office, referrals knowledge Number of years of experience: 6months to 1 yrs Preferred skills: Basic Computer and phone skills. Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Referrals. Summary of Major Function Submit referrals to insurances for specialty visits, DME, or Imaging. Strong communication skills with providers, patients, and co-workers. Able to multi-task, and touch on multiple items per day. Answer calls and respond to patient messages.
