Job Description:

Immediate need for an Administrative Assistant to work in the City of Fullerton. Small and easy going office.

Will maintain calendar and schedules and contact information for the department including maintenance of corporate, key partner, client and member files

Responsible for assuring that correspondence, notices, mailing and outgoing data are sent in a timely and professional manner

Schedule and manage appointments for Executives including data and location requirements

Monitor messages and handle inquiries as appropriate

Manage incoming mail, including sorting, opening and distribution

Monitor timely input of contact and related information in central database and in all appropriate lists and tracking systems

Coordinate and assist in the planning of special events and meetings and as necessary provide on-site assistance at such events and meetings

Review and finalize departmental presentations, reports and correspondence? Manage records, key documents, templates, logos, accounting documentation and other important information for the organization and maintains central filing system? Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Develops alternative solutions as necessary? Ensure all activities support mission, goals and objectives? Perform other administrative and support functions as assigned by the President and/or Managing Director

Assist with research on industry related topics.
