Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday-Friday Start Date:
Immediate Pay Rate: $40.00-$50.00 hourly About the Role We are
seeking a Grant & Finance Analyst to support our client's grants
management and financial operations team. This temporary position
will play an essential role in grant administration, budgeting,
financial analysis, and client support. The ideal candidate brings
strong nonprofit finance experience, excellent communication
skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities Support preparation, monitoring, and
reconciliation of grant budgets. Assist with grant administration,
including compliance, reporting, and funder communications. Conduct
financial analysis and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal and
external audiences. Work cross-functionally with program staff,
leadership, and external partners. Maintain accurate financial
records and assist with resolving discrepancies. Deliver
high-quality client service and represent the department with
professionalism. Minimum Qualifications 3 years of experience in
nonprofit finance and/or budgeting. 2 years of experience in public
grant administration. Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong
skills across the Microsoft Office suite. Working knowledge of
accounting principles, business math, and bookkeeping related to
budget planning, analysis, and reconciliation. Excellent client
service, interpersonal communication, and professional presentation
skills. Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels,
including diverse colleagues, partners, and stakeholders. This is a
hybrid opportunity- must be within commuting distance to Downtown
Los Angeles. Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per year Search managed
