Job Description Job Description Beacon Hill is seeking a Staff Accountant on a temp to hire basis for a creative organization. Key Responsibilities: Assist with month-end close processes, including preparation and posting of journal entries Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Maintain and update general ledger accounts Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed Prepare and analyze financial reports for management Assist with audit preparation and compliance requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) 2 years of accounting experience in a similar role Previous experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or other ERP systems required Strong understanding of GAAP and standard accounting practices Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work onsite and collaborate with a creative team Why Join Us?
